Rebecca Wickens-Abratte joins SaveLive as the VP of Food & Beverage. Wickens-Abratte started with Wolfgang Puck as restaurant general manager and moved through the company rapidly. As Corporate Training Manager, Wickens-Abratte developed and implemented a quality control audit system for all licensee locations as well as an inventory management system, bringing costs down by 4% on average. Wickens-Abratte lead the west coast region as Beverage Director from 2011 to 2014 where she built the beverage program for the legendary catering company’s venue, theater, and event space contracts. In 2014, Wickens-Abratte moved to DLS Events as Vice President of Operations and Business Development. Under her leadership, the company obtained unprecedented revenue growth from $3M to $80M with an annual field profit of $7M. Directly responsible for the food and beverage programs with partners such as Live Nation Club and Theaters as well as multiple independent operators, Wickens-Abratte has successfully opened and managed F&B programs for more than 100 venues, festivals, and private events.
