Nadia Prescher
Head of Music
Nadia Prescher brings over 25 years of industry experience to her new role as Head of Music. Starting in Columbus, OH as a talent buyer for local clubs such as Ludlow’s, Prescher moved into independent booking and management as a co-founder of the Boulder, CO based Madison House.
In April 2020, Prescher saw the devastation that was befalling the live music industry and co-founded the National Independent Talent Organization (NITO) with 13 independent music business owners, which grew to over 275 independent managers and talent agencies. The hard work of NITO and others contributed to the $16.2 billion-dollar Shuttered Venues Operators Grant, which funds independent businesses during their economic recovery. Prescher gives back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors of the Rex Foundation, a non-profit founded by members of the Grateful Dead, and HeadCount, a non-partisan, non-profit focused on voter registration.
Though Prescher is not a licensed counselor, she has been helping artists with their drug and alcohol issues since 1996. She is honored to be a trusted, private and reliable resource for entertainers and those in the industry wanting to get clean and sober since the mid-nineties.
