Delilah Williams
Junior Talent Buyer
As a college student at UCLA, Delilah Williams got her start in the live music scene directing the hip-hop and r&b based organization, Hip Hop Congress. Combining art and activism, she was able to produce the first all-Black women lineup for UCLA’s biggest concerts twice. It was in this cultivation of entertainment, education, and community advocacy that she truly found her passion for live music leading her to also serve on the radio team for FEM, a feminist magazine publication where she was able to interview Raveena Aurora, Lucky Daye, Cordae, and Miguel.
Simultaneously, as a student, she interned for 10K Projects on the A&R Admin team where she continued to build her knowledge of industry operations during the pandemic. This led her to gain an internship at The Revels Group under the guidance of Jamil Davis and Matt Bauershmidt. Here she grew in her passion for serving marginalized communities in her roles as a production assistant for the Black Music Action Coalition Gala in 2022 and lead intern for the management of the artist, Jenevieve, during the Giveon tour.
