After graduating from California State University, Northridge with a Journalism degree, Adib-Samadian decided to continue her life in Los Angeles, and pursue a career in law. With 15 years of experience including, in-house legal in the entertainment and hospitality industries, she has an extensive background in business and legal affairs, including legal compliance, contract review, and working with various regulators and law enforcement officials.  Adib-Samadian has provided legal support to business leaders on general corporate matters, business development, real estate, merger & acquisitions, and finance closings, and has led various special projects.  Adib-Samadian was previously with The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, SBE Entertainment Group, Live Nation Clubs & Theaters, and completed her tenure at Nossaman LLP, prior to joining SaveLive.
